1970s Drexel Heritage Hollywood Regency Burlwood & Brass Nightstands

Breathtaking pair of campaign style burl wood and brass accented Drexel Heritage Chinoiserie nightstands. Offered by Drexel from their “Avenues” line of interior furnishings. This seldom seen line is the first for us at Furnish Me Vintage and hopefully not the last. Hollywood Regency and Asian Modern meld together beautifully in these stunning and distinct bedside tables. The decorative solid brass knocker style pulls take a surprising backseat to the exotic grain and flare of the burled maple. This honey colored burl with it’s organic intricacies are as stylish and artistic as the Chinoiserie inspired design. All beautifully patinated in a warm lacquer often seen on Drexel Heritage pieces. Form combines perfectly with function as demonstrated by the black laminated pull-out shelf on each end table.
