TERMS OF SALE
All items are sold in ‘as-is’ condition with all sales final and no returns or exchanges. Please review item details, photos, and policies carefully before ordering. Vintage items will show imperfections consistent with their age. No restoration work has been performed by Design Vault unless an agreement has been made for specific refinishing services. Listed pricing for any item purchased online or in the studio does not include shipping, packaging, or refinishing costs unless expressly noted.
Prices and Terms
Orders for all products require payment in full. All accounts shall be paid upon receipt when invoiced. Orders must be paid in full, including taxes, shipping charges and service charges prior to shipping. Checks are to be made out to Design Vault. Credit cards accepted MasterCard, Discover & Visa and are subject to a credit card fee of 3%.
Shipping and Delivery
Please indicate at the time of purchase that you wish to pick up your merchandise as their are subject to local or state sales tax. Please contact us in advance so your item will be ready upon your arrival. Customer pick-ups must be made at Design Vault's warehouse location at 4641 Production Dr, Dallas, TX 75235. Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm.
If you do not already use a preferred shipper, Design Vault will contract shipping through a range of third-party providers like White Glove, Navis Pack & Ship, Air Sea Packing & Shipping to ensure the highest level of care. For parcel delivery service we use UPS, FedEx, or DHL. We pass the direct cost for shipping to the customer.
IMPORTANT - It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items upon delivery for damage, and report in writing directly to the shipper/driver on the bill of lading. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
