Pair Monumental Swivel Tub Chairs by Adrian Pearsall in Bright Yellow Velvet

Turn heads with these incredibly rare swivel tub chairs by the esteemed Adrian Pearsall for Craft Associates. One of the most important and influential designers of the 20th century- circa 1970 in the United States. Each chair features a circular ebonized walnut swivelling base that ascends into a cylindrical neck culminating in a button back seat with dramatic biscuit tufted detailing on the interior lending it's a sculptural sensibility. These have been newly reupholstered in a vibrant yellow velvet fabric and is in mint restored condition. Bold, graphic and refined, these chairs represent an exceptional example of his practice, embodying the qualities that collectors of his work cherish. These chairs are incredibly handsome and destined for an equally beautiful room.
