Pair of Classical Stone Composite Putti Garden Statues Holding Wheat and Grapes

Classical garden statue of putti representing two of the Four Seasons. The stone composite statues, figures depict a cherub with textured curly hair, large eyes with rounded cheeks and naked body draped in cloth for the winter and holding the roses for the spring, both reclining on a C scroll. Both figures sit on separate bases with carvings on the sides, carved leaves and a central cartouche with a shell design. Years of weathering have softened the features and left a mellow patina.
