DESCRIPTION
This incredible armchair set, model 1305-U, is the works of the legendary mid-century artist: William 'Bill' Stephens, the young Knoll designer whose 1300 series of chairs took off after its inception in 1967 as a commission for the Yale School of Architecture and is featured as part of the permanent display at the Knoll Museum, East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Features gorgeous bentwood frames updated with a natural color stain, paired with black naugahyde upholstery. Marked to underside of one frame.
